Everything was great, the parking was onsite, the room was extremely spacious. The stuff was welcoming and pleasant, offered excellant services. The location was great because it was short walk to the rashid mall, and the center.

Spacious and elegantly designed apartments that offer Arabian-inspired luxury. The Outdoor Swimming Pools and Sand Pools were a hit with the kids. The gym was well-equipped for my fitness needs.
The outdated electric sockets and the smell of the apartment were charmingly repulsive.

The staff was very professional. The location is absolutely fabulous, within walking distance to everywhere. Walking distance to a shopping mall and a supermarket across the street is convenient.

Conveniently located near a mall and supermarket with direct access. Spacious rooms with multiple bedrooms and toilets. Amenities include kitchen, microwave, laundry, and ironing facilities. Comfortable sofa.

Great location next to Al Rashid Mall. My room was very clean and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and quickly solved an issue with the outdated and wiggly electric wall sockets. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

The breakfast buffet was somewhat disappointing.

During my recent city trip in a hotel in Al Khobar, I appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms that could accommodate a family of four. the hotel's location next to a mall was very convenient for shopping and grabbing quick meals. the shaded parking area was an added bonus to protect my rental car from the intense sun.
I have to mention some negative aspects as well. the breakfast did not meet my expectations and left me feeling disappointed.
